Factory and Vendor Sourcing

With our experience and connections, we have the ability to locate, qualify, and negotiate with offshore manufacturers that are appropriate for your product and company. You can receive manufacturing quotations, cost analyses, and product samples from factories before you make decisions. An AQS Team Member in China visits every factory that we intend to work with to ensure that your company and product are on track for successful, offshore manufacturing. These visits don’t stop at sourcing, we will continue to communicate and visit with factory management and staff during and after production to help ensure quality results for you.

Manufacturing Management

AQS will work with the manufacturer through the manufacturing process, including tool and die planning and fabrication, engineering and production pilots, production management, assembly, and packaging. Our presence on the ground in China allows your company to have an instant, professional presence at the factory to oversee and verify that your requirements are being met.

Quality Control

Quality can be better assured with AQS’s involvelment in your project. We can inspect manufacturers’ incoming, in-line production, and outgoing quality control processes. This can help greatly reduce quality issues by working with factories that already take quality seriously. Third Party quality audits can be performed for each order, prior to shipment from the factory. AQS can assist with the development of quality specifications, as well as sourcing 3rd party QA teams and testing laboratories.
